Job Description

As an Architect at Creative Design Studio, you will be managing various projects from conception through to completion. You will leverage your expertise to deliver designs that are not only visually arresting but are also sustainable and energy-efficient, ensuring that our projects positively impact the environment and community.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D visualizations and architectural renderings for client presentations.
• Develop project documentation including specifications, drawings, and schedules.
• Coordinate with various disciplines to ensure integrative and innovative designs.
• Lead project teams and facilitate communication among all project stakeholders.
• Evaluate existing structures for renovation and adaptive reuse projects.
• Prepare construction documents and assist during project bidding.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to designs and specifications.
• Incorporate regulatory feedback into design proposals and revisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and materials to recommend innovative solutions.
• Foster relationships with contractors and suppliers to ensure project efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of post-licensure experience in architecture

Certifications

• Accredited Professional in Sustainable Architecture
