Job Description

We are looking for an Interior Designer with a flair for creativity and a keen eye for detail. Your responsibilities will include creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces, collaborating with clients to understand their needs, and managing projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with clients to transform their vision into reality.
• Draft and revise floor plans and detailed design documentation.
• Coordinate lighting and furniture placement to enhance spatial functionality.
• Evaluate project timelines and deliverables to ensure quality outcomes.
• Sustain strong vendor relationships for material sourcing and bid negotiation.
• Implement sustainability practices in design proposals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Certification in Interior Design is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in interior design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Effective Communication

Certifications

• NCIDQ Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in commercial and residential design: A mix of experience working on both residential and commercial projects.
• Strong visual presentation skills: Ability to create compelling visuals and presentations for client pitches.
