Job Description

Join us as an Industrial Engineer, where you will analyze and enhance our manufacturing processes. Your role will involve working closely with teams to implement new systems aimed at maximizing efficiency and reducing costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce production costs.
• Investigate equipment malfunctions and establish corrective actions.
• Train and mentor junior staff on process improvement methodologies.
• Present data-driven findings and suggestions to upper management.
• Implement outcome tracking measures to assess effectiveness of changes made.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering
• Relevant certifications in Lean or Six Sigma

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in engineering roles is preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with ISO standards: Working knowledge of ISO standards for manufacturing processes is a plus.
