Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Online Learning Consultant to join our Johannesburg team. You will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of effective online learning strategies aimed at enhancing learner engagement and success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of e-learning initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of online programs.
• Create engaging multimedia learning materials to enhance user experience.
• Monitor learner progress and implement strategies for engagement.
• Facilitate webinars and online workshops for educators.
• Prepare reports on program effectiveness and stakeholder feedback.
• Develop training programs for new software or tools related to online learning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or Instructional Technologies
• Master's degree in Education Technology is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years in a similar role
