Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
• Advanced IT certifications are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in an IT support role

Technical Skills

• Windows and Linux Systems
• SQL Database Management

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Analytical Thinking

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• ITIL Foundation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V: Understanding of virtualization for server management.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell or Bash: Ability to automate routine tasks through scripting.
