Join our team as a Nurse, where you will be responsible for assessing and monitoring patient health, administering treatments, and providing education and support to patients and families. This role is crucial in ensuring patient safety and promoting a culture of care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and monitor patient responses to treatments.
• Assist in the development of nursing policies and procedures.
• Engage in patient and family counseling as required.
• Document all care provided and maintain accurate records.
• Advocate for patient needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care delivery.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Master's degree in Nursing is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

• English: Fluent
