The Commanding Officer of the Special Warfare Team is responsible for leading and overseeing a highly skilled team of special forces operators in executing complex and challenging missions. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and extensive experience in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training exercises and operational drills to ensure team readiness.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans for missions.

• Maintain accountability for all team activities and resources.
• Engage in continuous improvement of operational processes and protocols.
• Serve as a liaison to external entities for mission coordination.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in special operations with leadership roles.
