• Participate in career fairs and networking events.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
• Use recruitment software to track candidates and recruitment metrics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
• Relevant HR certifications are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years' experience in end-to-end recruitment
