Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications.
  • Maintain filing systems and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments.
  • Ensure a clean and efficient office environment.
  • Assist with onboarding new staff.
  • Support event planning and coordination.
  • Liaise with clients and vendors as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent qualifications
  • Diploma in Office Administration or related field is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
