Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans for the facility.
  • Ensure effective communication among departments and staff members.
  • Conduct training sessions for new staff on compliance and operational protocols.
  • Analyze financial reports and make necessary adjustments to budgets.
  • Engage with patients and their families to enhance their experience at the facility.
  • Review and update facility policies according to changes in healthcare laws.
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare administration or management
