Job Description

As a Food Batchmaker, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and seasoning macaroni pasta dishes. Your expertise in creating diverse recipes will help us meet customer preferences while ensuring top-notch quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare macaroni dishes with precision.
  • Experiment with new flavours and seasonal ingredients.
  • Collaborate closely with team members on production line.
  • Implement cleanliness and sanitation practices.
  • Manage inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Conduct quality checks of finished products.
  • Assist in the training of junior kitchen staff.
  • Review and adapt recipes based on customer preferences.
  • Maintain detailed production records.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Culinary Arts
  • Food Safety Certification
Experience
  • Experience in high-volume kitchens preferred.
