We are seeking an innovative Architect to join our talented team in Cape Town. In this role, you will lead design projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring that every design reflects our commitment to quality and sustainability. You will collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process for various projects, ensuring adherence to project goals and deadlines.
• Develop conceptual sketches and detailed design documents for client presentations and approval.
• Collaborate with engineers and construction teams to ensure design feasibility and successful project outcomes.
• Conduct site assessments and evaluations to inform design strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest architectural trends and sustainability practices.
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Architecture is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project management
