Job Description

We are seeking an innovative Architect to join our talented team in Cape Town. In this role, you will lead design projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring that every design reflects our commitment to quality and sustainability. You will collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative, sustainable design solutions for a variety of building types.
• Utilize architectural software to produce 2D and 3D renderings and models.
• Engage with clients and integrate feedback into the design process.
• Lead project meetings and ensure communication between team members is efficient.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for future architectural projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Architecture is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project management

• AutoCAD
• Revit

Certifications

• Registered Architect

Languages

• English: Fluent
