Looking for a motivated Industrial Engineer to optimize operations within our manufacturing unit. This role requires proficiency in process improvement, system design, and data analysis to ensure high-quality and cost-effective production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive engineering innovations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Develop solutions to improve product quality and decrease costs.
• Assist in the design and implementation of new production lines.
• Coordinate with production teams for training on new systems.
• Facilitate regular project reviews with internal stakeholders.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering or related field
