Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Curriculum Developer who is eager to create innovative educational programs that cater to diverse learning styles. The successful candidate will work closely with educators to design, implement, and evaluate curricula that foster critical thinking and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging and impactful curricular materials that align with educational standards.
• Collaborate with teachers to assess curriculum effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Conduct research on educational trends and best practices to inform curriculum design.
• Evaluate student performance assessments to refine curriculum and instructional strategies.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for educators on new curriculum implementations.
• Implement feedback mechanisms to gauge the success of curricula from both educators and learners.
• Work with educational technology tools to enhance curriculum delivery.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders to ensure curricula address the diverse needs of learners.
• Create instructional guides and resources to support teachers in classroom delivery.
• Analyze data to measure curriculum effectiveness and student engagement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design
