Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee diverse projects in Pretoria. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing project lifecycles from initiation to completion while ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans that define project tasks, goals, and deliverables.
• Manage and motivate project team members to achieve objectives efficiently.
• Implement best practices in project management to enhance productivity.
• Monitor project expenses and ensure all financial aspects are kept within budget.
• Communicate project updates timely to stakeholders and team members.
• Conduct risk assessments and prepare contingency plans.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to discuss project updates and gather feedback.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements relevant to the project.
• Analyze project outcomes and prepare detailed closure reports.
• Assist in developing project documentation for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in leading projects

Languages
