Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in logistics and the ability to streamline processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics and supply chain operations to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with suppliers and customers to streamline processes.
• Monitor logistics performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and control.
• Analyze transportation costs and optimize routes.
• Maintain documentation for all logistics processes.
• Train and develop logistics team members for better performance.
• Review and negotiate contracts with transport and logistics providers.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the logistics division.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics management
