Job Description

We are looking for Investment Bankers who are driven, analytical, and experienced to join our Johannesburg office. You will collaborate closely with clients to assess their financial needs, develop tailored investment solutions, and lead transaction negotiations. The right candidate will have a strong grasp of financial markets and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Perform valuation analyses and company assessments.
• Recommend investment strategies tailored to specific client needs.
• Draft transaction documentation and analyze financial risks.
• Present findings to senior management and clients.
• Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams during deal execution.
• Engage in networking and relationship building with potential clients.
• Facilitate due diligence processes for clients.
• Work towards achieving set financial targets and goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking or financial advisory
