The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of various civil engineering projects, ranging from road construction to urban development. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire civil engineering design process and ensure it meets the project specifications.
  • Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders for project approvals.
  • Ensure all work complies with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
  • Innovate solutions to overcome engineering challenges during execution.
  • Prepare and present project proposals to clients.
  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians through the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor junior staff and provide training opportunities.
  • Prepare reports and analysis for management on project performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PrEng) registration is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in civil engineering
