Job Description

As a Billing and Posting Clerk, you will play a critical role in managing medical claims and ensuring they are processed with high accuracy. You will be liaising with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve payment issues and deliver exemplary customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular audits of claims to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Provide input on improving processes to reduce claim rejections.
  • Liaise with patients to explain billing inquiries and resolve disputes.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.
  • Participate in team meetings to improve workflow and address any issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant qualification in medical billing or healthcare administration.
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a billing or reimbursement role.

  • ICD-10 and CPT Coding

Languages
