As an Investment Banker, you will be instrumental in assisting clients with capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and financial advisory services. We seek a results-driven professional with deep market insight and a strategic approach to finance, ready to make impactful decisions.

Responsibilities

• Engage in due diligence processes and risk assessments for transactions.
• Deliver presentations to clients, articulating complex financial concepts in an understandable manner.
• Prepare and analyze financial documents, investment proposals, and tax compliance materials.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethics in all client interactions.
• Utilize financial software and tools for analytics and reporting.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• MBA or equivalent is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking or financial advisory roles
