Job Description

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to enhance our process engineering efforts. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of Lean methodologies and a track record of improving operational performance through strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of current workflows and procedures.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through training and mentorship.
• Collaborate with teams to prioritize improvement projects based on impact.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments to achieve project goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master’s degree in Business Administration is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a process improvement role

• Continuous Improvement Methodologies
• Quality Management Systems

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
