Job Description

We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Auditor to join our team in East London. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring compliance and providing assurance on financial statements. You will collaborate with various teams to assess risks and improve our financial processes, supporting our growth and maintaining our reputation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and prepare audit reports.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Work closely with external auditors as required.
• Assist management in identifying financial risks.
• Advise on best practices for compliance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Participate in internal audits and reviews.
• Coordinate with finance teams to ensure accuracy in audits.
• Provide insights to improve financial management processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Postgraduate qualification is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in audit or finance

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Basic
