Job Description

As a Photography Instructor at Creative Arts Academy, you will guide aspiring photographers through their artistic journey. This role requires both technical knowledge and creativity, allowing students to explore and develop their unique photographic styles. Your expertise will help them master both digital and analogue photography techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Teach students about different types of photography equipment and software.
  • Develop a supportive and positive learning environment.
  • Encourage students to participate in local photography events.
  • Provide guidance on portfolio development and career pathways in photography.
  • Maintain equipment and resources utilized during classes.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher National Diploma in Photography or equivalent
  • Additional qualifications in Teaching or Arts Education are beneficial
Experience
  • Experience in teaching photography at a secondary or tertiary level is preferred
