Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our Cape Town facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse staff, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring optimal workflow.
  • Promote a culture of safety and compliance among team members.
  • Manage logistics and coordinate with external partners for deliveries.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve operational processes.
  • Support the hiring and onboarding of new warehouse staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Management is an advantage
Experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant supervisory experience in warehouse management

  • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
