Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Instructional Coordinator to lead our Learning and Development initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with subject matter experts to design and implement effective learning solutions tailored to the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement e-learning solutions that meet client requirements.
• Use learning management systems to deliver and track training content.
• Apply sound instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences.
• Work with the development team to integrate e-learning courses into platforms.
• Evaluate and analyze learner feedback to enhance future training materials.
• Facilitate training sessions to guide users through new learning systems.
• Collaborate with team members to innovate content delivery methods.
• Document instructional design processes for future reference.
• Mentor junior instructional designers in effective practices.
• Conduct research to inform the development of new learning initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design or e-learning development
