Production Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Production Engineer to oversee and optimize our production processes. The successful candidate will ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards across all products.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient manufacturing processes.
• Monitor production metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production failures and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in the development of training programs for staff.
• Manage documentation related to production processes and compliance.
• Work collaboratively with engineers and quality assurance teams to assure product quality.
• Enhance production performance by integrating new technologies.
• Evaluate and implement Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Facilitate cross-training among production staff to ensure versatility.
• Provide technical support and guidance to production teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineering certification is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a production engineering role
