We are seeking a Financial Analyst who will be responsible for financial forecasting, analysis, and budgeting. You will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy, providing insights to drive business decisions, and supporting the finance team in achieving targets.

• Evaluate financial performance by comparing budgets to actual results.
• Assist in the development of long-term financial plans.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

• Participate in special projects related to finance and strategy.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Honours degree is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years in a similar financial role

Certifications

• Management Accountant (CIMA)
• Additional relevant certification is advantageous
