Job Description

As a Recycler, you will be responsible for collecting and processing waste materials for reuse or recycling. Your role is crucial in ensuring that all waste is managed in an environmentally friendly manner, while achieving our recycling targets.

Responsibilities

• Collect and sort recyclable materials from designated areas.
• Prepare waste for processing, including crushing and compacting.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and workspaces.
• Document recycling rates and communicate progress to the manager.
• Participate in waste audits and develop improvement strategies.
• Assist in training new staff on waste management procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement waste management initiatives.
• Collaborate with other teams on sustainability projects.
• Engage in community awareness programs on recycling.
