• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous
• Production Planning Proficient in optimizing production processes.
• Quality Management Systems Experienced in implementing quality control procedures.
• Lean Manufacturing Skilled in applying lean principles to reduce waste.
• Health and Safety Compliance Knowledge in maintaining health and safety regulations.
• Leadership Strong skills in leading diverse teams.
• Analytical Thinking Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Effective Communication Ability to communicate effectively across levels.
• ISO 9001 Certification

• English (Fluent)
