In this role, you will develop detailed architectural plans and collaborate with various stakeholders to bring innovative projects to life. Responsibilities

• Sketch initial design concepts based on client discussions.
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction.
• Review technical documents and ensure accuracy.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with engineers and other consultants.
• Prepare and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals.
• Monitor construction progress and quality control.
• Present design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Foster relationships with clients and maintain their satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Postgraduate qualification is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of practical experience in architecture

Technical Skills

• Project Visualization
• Building Regulations Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Interpersonal Skills

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• Afrikaans: Conversational
• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous experience in landscape architecture: Experience in designing outdoor spaces and landscapes.
• Familiarity with urban design principles: Knowledge of urban planning and development strategies.
