We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Engineer to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in designing and implementing telecommunications systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards in performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Manage telecommunications projects from inception to completion.
• Perform site surveys and feasibility studies for new installations.
• Analyze application requirements and design appropriate telecom solutions.
• Collaborate with vendors to procure necessary equipment and services.
• Maintain accurate records of systems configuration and modifications.
• Provide support and guidance for technical issues encountered by clients.
• Implement safety and compliance measures in all project work.
• Stay informed about regulatory requirements impacting telecommunications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related fields
• An MBA or related qualification will be advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in a telecom engineering role, including project management
