We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Tester to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of our software products by identifying bugs and issues before they reach our clients. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to maintain high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform exploratory testing to uncover hidden bugs and areas for improvement.
• Analyze application behavior and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Contribute to quality assurance best practices and documentation.
• Assist in the mentorship and training of junior QA team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related discipline
• Advanced certifications preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance testing

Technical Skills

• Load Testing Tools
• SQL Proficiency

Certifications

• Automation Testing Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
