Job Description

We are in search of an experienced UX/UI Project Lead to spearhead our design initiatives in Cape Town. You will lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring each design aligns with our user-centric approach while collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the UX/UI design strategy for multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align on project goals.
  • Develop and implement user journey maps to enhance user experience.
  • Research new design tools and best practices for implementation.
  • Review designs and prototypes to maintain high standards.
  • Prepare design presentations for stakeholders and clients.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field
  • Relevant certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in UX/UI design with team leadership
