Job Description

Join our team as an IT Support Technician, where you'll be the first point of contact for technical issues. We are looking for someone who can efficiently resolve IT queries, assist with networking problems, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and resolve technical issues for clients.
  • Assist in setting up new hardware and software.
  • Train users on how to use new systems and features.
  • Evaluate and suggest improvements for IT processes.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain the IT knowledge base with up-to-date information.

Requirements

Education
  • CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in IT support roles
