• Assess and resolve operational issues, providing timely solutions and documentation for future reference.
• Educate teams on best practices for cloud usage and resource management.
• Engage with vendors and cloud providers to maintain contractual compliance and service quality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field
• Relevant certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect are preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in cloud engineering or related field
