UX Designer

Job Description

As a UX Designer at Design Solutions Co., you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for our clients. You will conduct user research, develop personas, and design wireframes to communicate ideas effectively. This role requires creativity, problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Conduct A/B testing to validate design decisions and improve user engagement.
• Mentor junior designers and share insights on user-centered design principles.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX design
