We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our bustling pharmacy team in Johannesburg. In this role, you'll assist pharmacists in dispensing medications, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service. You'll play a vital role in supporting patient care by providing accurate and timely medication processes.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify prescriptions accurately.
• Assist with medication therapy management.
• Educate patients on the proper use of their medications.
• Track inventory levels and place orders when stock is low.
• Support the pharmacy team with administrative tasks.
• Ensure the pharmacy maintains a clean and organized workspace.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and patients.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Pharmacy Technician qualification is preferred

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in a pharmacy environment
