Job Description

We are seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our logistics operations in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supply chain management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise logistics operations to ensure adherence to company policies.
• Develop processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste in logistics.
• Conduct audits of logistics operations to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate transportation arrangements for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Prepare logistics documentation and reports as required.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality service.
• Stay up to date with technological innovations in logistics and supply chain.
• Train and develop logistics staff to improve performance.
• Drive a culture of safety and compliance within the logistics team.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the supply chain.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managerial roles within logistics
