Responsibilities

• Review and interpret Structural Engineering drawings and specifications.
• Manage structural engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Assess the environmental impact and sustainability of designs.
• Identify construction material specifications and conduct research on building materials.
• Provide solutions to practical construction issues encountered at the job site.
• Coordinate with permitting authorities to secure required permits.
• Analyze defects in structures and provide detailed findings to management.
• Train and mentor junior engineering staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a closely related discipline
• Advanced degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in structural analysis and design

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis
• Revit

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Chartered Engineer
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is beneficial

Languages

• English: Fluent
