Job Description

Responsibilities

• Engage in client discussions to understand project objectives and requirements.
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to develop engineering plans.
• Perform structural integrity tests and inspections as required.

• Establish and enforce quality assurance standards in projects.
• Document design changes and updates throughout project lifecycles.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with local building codes.
• Participate in project meetings and provide progress updates to clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a closely related discipline
• Advanced degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in structural analysis and design

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis
• Revit

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Chartered Engineer
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is beneficial

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience collaborating with construction teams: Prior experience in a construction site environment is advantageous.
