Job Description

As an Admissions Clerk, you'll be at the forefront of our admissions process, providing support and guidance to prospective students. You will handle applications, verify documentation, and ensure that every inquiry is met with top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Process student applications and maintain accurate admissions records.
  • Coordinate with academic departments during the admissions process.
  • Communicate effectively with applicants about their admission status.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of outreach events.
  • Support the team in developing strategies to improve admissions outreach.
  • Monitor application deadlines and ensure timely processing.
  • Engage with prospective students to enhance their experience.
  • Provide training and support for new admissions team members.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in customer service or related field is preferred
Experience
  • Experience in administrative support or similar roles in educational settings is an asset.
