Job Description

As the Corridor Redevelopment Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the redevelopment of urban transport corridors. This position requires overseeing project teams, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate strategies for the sustainable redevelopment of urban corridors.
  • Oversee all aspects of corridor redevelopment including planning, design, and execution.
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders including public agencies and private partners.
  • Ensure projects are completed within budget and time constraints.
  • Prepare and maintain project reports, budgets, and timelines.
  • Lead a team of project managers to deliver quality outcomes.
  • Assess project impacts and propose improvements.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings for stakeholder engagement.
  • Utilize GIS and other tools for effective project planning.
  • Support environmental assessments for compliance with local regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management, specifically in urban redevelopment or transport infrastructure.
