Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. In this role, you will assess patient needs, develop care plans, administer medications, and support patients and their families. Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop proper care plans.
• Administer medications according to policy and regulations.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report significant changes.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan and implement patient care.
• Educate patients and families on health management and treatments.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
• Assist with diagnostic tests and interpret results.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred

Experience

• Experience in an acute care setting is an advantage

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
