Responsibilities

• Perform thorough grooming services tailored to individual pet needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with pet owners.
• Maintain safety and hygiene standards in the grooming area.
• Educate pet owners about proper grooming techniques and pet health.
• Assist in training junior groomers and grooming assistants.
• Monitor and enforce health and safety protocols for pets.
• Order and maintain grooming supplies and products.
• Provide additional pet care services as needed, such as ear cleaning and teeth brushing.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Pet Grooming is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in pet grooming or related field
