Animation Director

Job Description

Join us as our Animation Director, where you'll oversee the production of animated projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional creative vision, technical expertise, and the ability to inspire a team of animators.

Responsibilities

• Direct animation projects from initial concept to final output.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure narrative continuity and visual coherence.
• Utilize various animation software to prototype and produce high-quality animations.
• Implement best practices in animation production and pipeline management.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into projects.
• Promote a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence in delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Film Production, or a related field
• Master's degree in Animation is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a relevant animation role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position
