User Experience Researcher

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Ethereum Developer to join our team in Randburg. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps). Proficiency in Solidity and familiarity with Ethereum's ecosystem are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a user research strategy that supports the design lifecycle.
• Utilize various research methods to capture user needs and behaviors.
• Summarize findings in visually appealing presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful implementation of designs.
• Foster a user-centric culture within the organization through advocacy and education.
• Continuously seek user feedback on product performance and areas for improvement.
• Organize and facilitate user testing events to validate design concepts.
• Keep abreast of UX/UI design tools and software to enhance productivity.
• Support team initiatives that promote user-centered design principles.
• Engage with users post-launch to collect feedback and iterate on designs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Psychology, or related field
• Master's degree in relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in user experience research or design
