Join us as a Training and Development Specialist, where you will be responsible for facilitating training sessions, workshops, and employee performance evaluations. Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis to determine skills gaps.
• Develop learning objectives and training strategies that align with company goals.
• Deliver training both in-person and online, using various techniques to enhance learner engagement.
• Monitor and assess employee performance post-training to ensure skill implementation.
• Create and distribute training materials, manuals, and resources.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees as they navigate their learning journeys.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards for training programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in training and development
