The successful candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring high-quality results within stipulated timelines. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with the company’s strategic goals. This role demands strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills to motivate teams and manage client relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project timelines, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Document project progress and report to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage budgets for projects, tracking all financial aspects.
  • Identify stakeholder needs and manage expectations throughout project lifecycle.
  • Implement project changes and interventions to enhance outputs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years in managing large-scale projects
