UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We're on the lookout for a talented UX/UI Designer who can blend creativity with practical design. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs that elevate our digital products. Responsibilities

• Lead user interface design projects from concept through to execution.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive product experiences.
• Test and validate designs with real users to gather feedback.
• Document design processes and maintain a library of assets.
• Encourage a user-centered design philosophy across the team.
• Conduct heuristic evaluations to identify usability issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or Human-Computer Interaction

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in user experience design

• Sketch
• InVision
• User Research

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• UX Certification from Nielsen Norman Group

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Experience working in Agile teams and understanding of Agile processes.
• Prototyping skills: Ability to create interactive prototypes for user testing.
