UX Designer

Job Description

We're looking for a UX Designer to join our passionate team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be innovative, with a strong focus on user-centric design. You will collaborate with product managers and developers to create seamless user experiences that drive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead user experience design projects from conception to implementation.
• Conduct usability tests and analyze feedback for improvements.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design solutions.
• Create compelling visual designs that align with brand guidelines.
• Communicate design ideas through presentation and storytelling.
• Facilitate user workshops and design thinking sessions for project teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Visual Design or relevant field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience designing user experiences for web applications

Technical Skills

• Visual Design

Certifications

• UX Certified by Nielsen Norman Group

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with HTML/CSS: Knowledgeable in front-end development technologies.
