UX Designer

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Engage in user testing sessions to gather actionable insights.
• Create user flows and journey maps to guide design processes.

• Develop UI design specifications and documentation.
• Utilize design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD effectively.
• Be an advocate for user-centered design within the company.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Relevant certifications in UX/UI design are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• User Research
• Prototyping

• Adobe Creative Suite

Soft Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with mobile app design: A plus if you have experience designing for mobile applications.
